New to worship at Tirzah?
Here are some answers to questions you may have...
Where do I park?
Parking isn’t a problem. We’ve got plenty of space beside and behind our building.
Where do I go when I get there?
There is one main entrance to the church located under covered drive-thru. As you enter the foyer, the sanctuary is to the right.
Is everything handicap accessible?
Yes! There are no steps at the main entrance, ramps at two other entrances, wide doorways, & handicap accessible restrooms.
Where are the restrooms?
Restrooms are located to the left as you enter at main entrance.
What time do I need to arrive?
Doors open by 10:30am & worship begins at 11:00am... Come as early as you like to choose your seat & say hello.
Do you have a nursery or childern's church?
We welcome & encourage children of all ages to worship with their families. We don't might the noise & are grateful for their presence. There is a message just for kids & things for them to do when the sitting & listening parts get too long. There are also playrooms down the hall if staying in worship gets too stressful. The kids can play & parents/grandparents can still hear the service over a speaker.
What if I am late?
You're still welcome! Come on in and find a seat.
How do people dress for worship?
You will see a variety of clothing styles from jeans to suits & dresses, so come as you are!
Can I recieve Communion, even if I am not a member of Tirzah?
All are welcome at God's table! As we tell the children, the bread & juice remind us how much God loves us. We are ever-growing in our understanding of what that love & this special remembrance meal mean.
What will the worship service be like?
Ushers will greet you & give you a bulletin with the worship order, so you'll always know what's coming next.
Several hymns sung by the congregation accompanied by the piano & organ.
The pastor shares a brief message with the children.
